Tuna Patties

Not as tasty as the my crabcakes but very too and very simple to make. A nice little recipe for weekday dinners.
canned tuna
French mustard
breadcrumbs
lemon juice
chives
salt and pepper
egg beaten
Mix and chill for half an hour.
Sauté 4 mn on both side in an oiled pan.
Serve with wedges of lemon or mayonnaise mixed with lemon juice, salt and pepper, chives or dill or cilantro and garlic.
