Crab Cakes

I love these. No scratch that. I worship them. They remind me of San Francisco and Pier 39 into the bargain. They're very simple to make and can be used as a main course for dinner or as appetizers.
aioli:
mayonnaise
lemon juice
cilantro
garlic powder
salt and pepper
mixture:
celery seeds or celery chopped
onion or chives, chopped
crab meat
salt and pepper
Mix and add a part of the aioli then scoop tablespoons and coat them with flour, then beaten egg and finally breadcrumbs.
Cook in a pan with oil for 2 to 3 mn on each side.
Serve with aioli and wedges of lemon (optional).
