Red-Lobster oven "fried" shrimp cocktail

This is a recipe for one if you use it as a meal or for two for appetizers. I recently heard Red Lobster might be on the verge of closing. What?! I love the place! Life is so unfair...
Anyway, I need to secure the recipes, especially as I'm not one to wait for the next time I can get there to have my favorite shrimp cocktail.
I found this recipe that I adapted to my liking. Tell me if it's to yours too ;)
I like oven "fried" options as they're healthier than fried ones. The trick here is to use egg whites. If you don't know what to do with the yolk (or yolks, depending on how much you make), why not make a chocolate chip mug cookie or lemon curd?
shrimp (whatever you have in the store)
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp parsley
1 egg white
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 Tbsp butter
oil for the baking pan
Lightly oil your baking pan.
Make three bowls in which you'll dip your shrimp in the right order: flour, in which you roll your shrimp. Shake the excess of flour. Now, dip them in the second bowl containing egg whites, lightly beaten. Finally, roll them in the crumbs (that will be your third bowl).
Bake for 7 mn at 475°F. Turn them over and bake for 7 more mn.
Serve with garlic and parsley butter. Simply melt the butter and add salt, garlic and parsley. Stir and serve hot.
You can either use this recipe for appetizers or as a main course served with a side of veggies or rice.
