Tuna and Lime Ceviche

I don't eat much fish but I have to admit, this is yummy. Use it for appetizer or a main course.
diced fresh tuna
peeled and diced lime
zest of lime
1 Tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper
cilantro
Mix and leave in the fridge until served. The longer you wait, the more "cooked" it gets.
You can also replace the tuna with swordfish or salmon. Yummy too!
