Healthy Banana Breakfast Cookies

These are healthy and chewy. Have two for breakfast and I can guarantee you won't feel hungry until lunchtime.
For 12 cookies:
3 small ripe bananas or two big ones
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup milk (any type but almond is really good with that recipe)
1 egg
1/3 cup applesauce
2 cups oats
1/2 cup chocolate chunks or chips
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup nuts
1/4 cup flour if need be
1 Tbsp agave syrup
Mix everything with the flat hook of your Kitchenaid or a spatula. Add flour if the mixture is not thick enough to spoon on a baking sheet.
Bake 15 to 18 mn at 350°F. Cool on wire racks.
You can store it four days in the fridge or freeze them. Thaw them overnight and warm them 15 to 20s in the microwave oven.
