These are sticks of bread one can add for carbs when eating a salad. It's healthy and tasty. You can also use them for antipasti. I usually only make a few because they're better when eaten fresh.
This recipes makes 2 gressinis. Double or triple the size, depending on how many you need.
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 pack dry yeast
27 g warm water
2 pinches of salt
rosemary or sesame seeds
1 tsp olive oil
Whisk the yeast in a couple tsps of tepid water and leave to stand for 5 mn.
Mix salt and flour. Add the yeast and warm water then oil and rosemary or sesame seeds. Knead for 5 mn. Leave in a warm place for 1 hour and a half. Spread on a dusted surface and divide into sticks you roll.
Bake 15 to 20 mn at 400°F.
