Spinach cheddar dip

I first made this because I had leftover spinach leaves and hate to waste. Boy! That was a great idea. It's easy to make and can be served for dinner or for appetizers. Add pretzel sticks and you're in heaven! The recipe is very simple and needs no measuring.
spinach leaves
ranch dressing (recipe for homemade, easy-peasy ranch dressing on my blog)
cheddar
cream cheese
sour cream (if you don't have any, use heavy cream whipped with a tsp of lemon juice)
In a dish, mix fresh or thawed spinach leaves, ranch dressing, cheddar, cream cheese and sour cream.
Bake 20 mn at 350°F. Add more cheese on top and bake 5 mn more.
Serve with tortilla chips or pretzel sticks (see recipe on my blog).
