iceberg lettuce, shredded

corn

bell pepper, seeded and diced

tomatoes, diced

black beans

pepper jack cheese or cheddar, grated

tortilla chips, broken in pieces

 

dressing:

avocado

garlic

cilantro

salt

ground cumin

lime

sour cream

milk

 

Dice the veggies. Shred the salad.

Crush the avocado and mix with the other ingredients. Add milk if the dressing is too thick. Add a few drops of tabosco or japalenos for a hotter taste. Add the dressing at the last minute.
