Easy-Peasy Trifle

This is something you can make ahead or on the spur of the moment. Trifle is made of crumbed cookies or cake, whipped cream or custard and fresh fruit. Use whatever you have in the kitchen and seasonal fruit or canned or even frozen ones.
My favorite one is made with poppy and sesame seed cookies, whipped cream and fresh blueberries.
Alternate layers of:
crumbed cookie or leftover cake
whipped cream made with heavy cream or coconut cream or milk and confectioners' sugar or custard cream
fruit
Do this twice, finishing with the fruit. Choose the right jar or glass and it will look spectacular. No need to say you spent 15 mn tops on it ;)
I use an alternate, lighter version of it for weekdays, using yoghurt sweetened with agave syrup instead of whipped cream. Any type of yoghurt will do and if it's already sweetened, just add the fruit and crumbed cookie.
