Coffee Mug Cake

This is the very first mugcake I tested. It's simple and yummy. It warms your heart and belly on a cold, rainy, long day or you can use it for breakfast and add fresh fruit to your plate. Strawberries are great with that one. Just saying...
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp butter, melted
3 Tbsp greek yoghurt (half a yoghurt)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch of nutmeg
1/8 tsp baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1/4 cup flour, sifted
Whisk with a fork.
Microwave for one minute and a half.
Serve on a plate and drizzle with maple syrup. Or leave it in the mug. Let cool for a couple of minutes and eat directly in the mug.
