Chocolate Sprinkle Mug Cookie

This one is sort of a cookie but not exactly so. If you want it crunchy then you need 2 Tbsp milk instead of 3.
3 and 1/2 Tbsp flour, sifted
1 Tbsp white sugar
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch baking soda
3 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp butter
chocolate spinkles (add them last after stirring)
Stir. Microwave 60 to 80s. Let cool for 2 mn.
