bread, whichever you like, buttered on the outside (one can use shortening too)

ranch dressing

bacon, cooked

cheddar cheese

chicken breast, cooked (leftovers are perfect) (optional)


 

Butter one slice of bread and lay it, buttered side on the pan. In layers, spread ranch dressing, a slice of bacon, cooked, cheddar cheese, chicken breast, ranch dressing again. Finish with the second slice of bread and butter the outside.

Cook for 2 mn on each side. Grilled cheese or melts tend to burn easily so remain at hand while you cook them.

Serve with a mixed salad. Bam! You have dinner!
