Lemon curd preparation by Manon R
• For two pots:
• 4 lemons
• 100 g butter
• 250 g of sugar
• 4 eggs
• Preparation time: 15 minutes
• Cooking time: 20 minutes
• Total time: 35 minutes
1Grate 2 lemons and squeeze the juice of 4 lemons.
2In a saucepan, mix the lemon juice, the zest, the eggs, the sugar and the butter.
3Heat it in a water bath while stiring for 20 minutes, until thickened preparation.
4Pour in jars and seal. Keep cool (maximum one month).
Finally ... You can use the lemon curd on toast, garnish funds in pastry cakes or stuffing.
