The election ends with the Conservatives winning 331 seats out of 650.
David Cameron has made a speech outside 10 Downing Street, announcing that he is going to form a government.
He said : “The real reason to celebrate tonight, the real reason to be proud, the real reason to be excited is we are going to get the opportunity to serve our country again."
