Today is World Book Day - it was brought in to try and get more people reading books instead of watching TV. But with more and more books being turned into films - what's better?
Reading the book, or watching
the movie - Angharad tells us what she thinks......
CLIP: "When you read the books they're really good and they have loads
of things in it, then when you see the films they don't have as many
things because they can't fit it all in - so they're not as interesting
to watch."
But it's a different story for Olivia....
CLIP: "It's just easier to watch them rather than read them - because you have to concentrate a lot more when you read them."
And if you want to tell me which you prefer - you can send me your comments I'll e-mail them at cbbcnewsround@bbc.co.uk.
You can also listen to some recordings about some people's favorites.

Hello Mrs Sallibartan !
My favorite book is "Dune" written by Frank Herbert.
It's a science fiction novel set in the far future. "Dune" tells the story of young Paul Atreides as he and his family accept control of the desert planet Arrakis. This planet is also called Dune and is the only place where the most important and valuable substance in the universe can be found (the spice).
This novel is one of the best science fiction book ever written.
Of course it was turned into a film first by David Lynch (1984) then by a science fiction channel in America. The first adaptation is incomprehensible and I was very disappointed by it. But the second one is incredible ! You can watch the trailer here : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xYWJ...
Bye !

My favorite book is Oscar Pill by Eli Anderson :
1.The revelation of Medicus.
2.The two kingdoms.
