If you've got great ideas for presents send them to us.
03 December is International Day of Disabled Persons
Par Nelly Sallibartan (Collège Germaine Tillion (91)) le 02 décembre 2010, 19:35
After AIDS day yesterday ( AIDS is SIDA in french) it's the international day of the disabled persons.
A disable person is someone who is not able, who cannot do things, like the others. He or she can't see, hear or walk for exemple.
As we're all already thinking about Christmas, let's think about these people who often suffer from not being able to live like the others.
Around us at school, many of your friends have crutches ( bequilles ) don't forget to help them and be nice with your friends from the UPI.

A royal engagement.
Par Nelly Sallibartan (Collège Germaine Tillion (91)) le 18 novembre 2010, 22:41 - news
Prince William is set to marry Kate Middleton after the Royal couple got engaged while on holiday in Kenya.
The Queen is "absolutely delighted", Prince Charles is "thrilled" and the Prime Minister has said "it's a great day for Britain".
The Prince proposed with the same diamond and sapphire ring his father gave his mum when they got engaged.
And get this... Even though he's in line to be King, William still went to Kate's dad to get permission before asking her to marry him.
To know more about where and when they met and watch a video go there

Anti-Bullying Week in the UK, why not organizing one in our school ?
Par Nelly Sallibartan (Collège Germaine Tillion (91)) le 15 novembre 2010, 20:30 - Enquiries
Anti-bullying week starts on Monday 15 November in th UK.
By looking at this picture I think you understand what "bulling" is.
Bullying often starts when people pick on something about you that's different.
It could be how big you are, the colour of your skin, or how you're doing at school.
But no one's the same - and that's why bullying is so stupid.
Also, cyber-bullying, which describes forms of bullying using electronic devices such as mobile phones and computers, is becoming more common with the increasing use of modern technology.
On this link a teenager explains : "I was a victim of cyber-bullying" and she writes what she did.
Celebs talk to Newsround about bullying on this one. Finally here there is a "Guide to Bullying" and there a quizz.
Don't hesitate to send me your comments on that serious subject.

Severe weather across the UK.
Par Nelly Sallibartan (Collège Germaine Tillion (91)) le 14 novembre 2010, 20:07
If the weather has been quite bad in France for a week it isn't better in the UK.
It seems like winter is definitely there.
Strong winds in North Ayrshire, Scotland, have been making huge waves.
These sheep are putting their woolly coats to good use, keeping themselves warm in the snow.
To see more about the UK now go to this link.
If you want to send me your pictures or drawings of this autumn, please feel most welcome.
