A monopoly with real money

At least 80 copies of a French board game have been released containing real money - instead of toy cash.
It's 80 years since Monopoly was released in France and the makers of the game have sent out the new copies to attract some attention.
Only one of the games will contain all real money - totalling around £15,000 (20,580 euros).
The rest of the games will have smaller amount of money inside.

Holocaust Memorial Day

Millions of Jews and others killed during the Holocaust are being remembered in services across the UK, as part of Holocaust Memorial Day.
In the UK and in France, Holocaust Memorial Day takes place on 27 January. (see more here.)
It marks the anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz concentration camp by soldiers of the Soviet Army in 1945.
The day is a national mark of respect for all victims of the Holocaust as well as victims of other genocide around the world.
It helps to educate people about the terrible events and it shows how important it is to be tolerant of other people and their beliefs.
Marking the day also makes sure the Holocaust is not forgotten and can help to stop anything like it ever happening again.

After reading a passage about an encounter from Jane Austen, Sense and Sensibility this was the task the 3rd forms had to carry out during the mi-term holiday :
You saw an attractive boy or girl in the street, your eyes met but you didn't have time to speak to each other. Write to you friend about it.

Dear Louna,
This morning I met an unommonly handsome boy. Our eyes met but we didn’t stop to speak. I’ve kept smiling since we exchanged a glance. I wish I weren’t so shy to dare to talk to him, to introduce myself and to ask him his name and his phone number. I wish I could have asked him out today. He is so cute! I fell in love at first sight. He seduced me with his beautiful blue eyes and his charming smile. I need your help to find him. I don’t know his name; I don’t know where he lives. I was so dummy to let him leave. He is always on my mind and I dream to see him again, to share good time with him. Tomorrow I will go back to the same place at the same time and I hope to see him again and I wish I won’t to be shy this time.
