Today, we have learnt about cyclones in Australia and Africa.

Australia, Malawi , Zimbabwe and Mozambique are devastated because of cyclones.

Cyclones Trevor and Veronica have hit Queensland and Northern Territory. The government has evacuated the victims of the storm. They have created temporary schools for kids.

In Western Australia, they gave some food to get ready for another storm.

In Africa, cyclone Idai has devastated Mozambique, Malawi and Zimbabwe. People have been affected. Lots of people died, houses are destroyed, and they lack food and fresh water.

Cyclones are dangerous. In Australia, they have built stronger houses.
