1. Someone who acts to help another with no thought for herself or himself.
2. Someone who is admired for achievements or noble qualities.

  2. Don't forget to use :  the superlatives (the most..; the fastest... the strongest...) and the modals : can, must,  to speak about his or her super powers and missions.
