The doctor Bennet is a neuropathologist of forensic medicine. He is the first man who found out the Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy. It's a brain disorder caused by the partcipation in sport which affects professionnal players. He put up a big fight against a powerful authority (the national football league) to stop this incurable disease. The real story started after the death of Webster who was an american football player.
I really like this movie because it's the story of dramatic thriller. The free effetcs in this Film show that exist a lethal violence to pratice american fotball. So, maybe people come around and realize that it's dangerous. The scenario is intelligent, the scenery and the photographie have not been proposed. Peter Ladesman preferred to focused on scenario.
I didn' like the end of film because it's sad and people continue to practice this sport. Omalu failed his mission and it's at this moment i perosnnaly realized that people are unconscious.
Over the next few years, Omalu discovers that free others deceased former NFL players had symptoms very similar to Webster. Julian Wecht is mysterious charakter. It's ambiguous, he was one of the one to help Omalu to published his findings so, he is honest. But i think he did that to be glorious.
Gracie is the wife of Omalu but she was at first a woman without home and he decided to give her a hosting. Some time after he is in love with her, she learn to him to have a fun outside his work. Omalu is joyful and less boring. My favorite charakter is Gracie because she encouraged him to continue and don't give up when the NFL doesn't take him seriously. The actors are very good. I would be tempted to say that we can believe we are on the movie.
This movie is breathtaking. He is very intesresting because he is base on the incredible true David vs. Godiath story of the american immigrant, Bennet Omalu. In addition, this movie have a goal, Omalu stands for something important. And Will Smith act perfectly this role of courageous and honest Doctor.
