Synopsis : The film is set in the year 2154 in Pandora, a fictional earth-like moon in a distant planetary system.
Humans are engaged in mining Pandora's reserves of a precious mineral known as unobtanium, while the Na'vi.
The sapient and sentient race of humanoids indigenous to the moon.
Resist the coonists' expansion, which threatens the continued existence of the Na'vi and the Pandora ecosystem.
The film's refers to the remotely controlled, genetically engineered human Na'vi bodies used by the film's humans characters to interact with the indigenious population.

Positives things :The movie was available in 3D which makes the film more living and it deals the impression be inside.

Negatives things : There are many scenes which are a little bit so long and boring.


The main characters are :
-Jake Sully, who was played by Sam Worthington. He is the protagonist of Avatar. Jake is a paraplegic renegade marine veteran who defects to the Na'vi races and is also one of the 20 known avatar drivers. After his twin brothers, Tom, who was killed on Earth, Jake agreed to remplaced his brother in the avatar program on Pandora, in which  are humans remotely control humans and Na'vi hybrids to safely navigate the planet.
- Neytiri, who was played by Zoe Saldana. She is the Na'vi princess of the Omaticaya clan and she is the second child of Eytukan and younger sister of Sylwanin. She meets Jake in a forest of the Pandora, she helping him when he is attacked by a pack of viperwolves. She soon becomes Jake's teacher and helps him to complete several tasks.
- Doctor Grace Augustine, who was played by Sigourney Weaver. Grace was a xenobotanist in charge of the avatar program. She was a legend to the scientific personnel as the author of a comprehensive book on the plants of the Pandora. She helped Jack on the avatar program until she died due to a gunshot wound inflicted by the colonel Quaritch (Stephen Lang).


- Trudy Chacon, was played by Michelle Rodriguez. She was a secops pilot, whose primary task was flying sorties for science teams. She piloted a samson that she used for transportation and for battle.

The actors of this film have been very well chosen because they play very well and I think that thanks to the actors and all the staging that film as very successful.

To finish, I think this film is the best film in recent years because there is lot of action, suspense and the story is very interesting. I think too it takes us into a different world from our. I advise all those which missed this masterpiece to go seen as possble because everyone must see! The scenery is magical and the colors which are utilites are very beautiful even without 3D glasses.
