What about sport ?

Sport in general is a part of my life, I think that I wouldn't be able to live without sport. It's really important for me. It's a way to test my limits, you're in your world and you don't care about what the other persons are doing . When I feel that my body is exhausted, it makes me feel good ! After the effort there's pleasure ! I can have some fun with my friends but ... making efforts may be harder than lying on a sofa . THAT is sport for me!

This picture represents a swimmer during a competition.We can see that he's exhausted, out of breath but he'll keep on making efforts to go all the way through ! Indeed, I think sport develops our fighting spirit which is always necessary in real life . It's a way to prepare ourself.

In fact, I've been practising swimming for 6 years, I've done gymnastics, judo and tennis too but swimming is THE real thing for me If I were you, I would try it, swimming is very different from other sports, it's not the same effort : you're in the water, you breathe differently, your whole body works etc ... It's only a piece of advice, of course you can do what do you want to do !
