The revelation or the disastrous recipe ?
I tried to make the recipe with cow milk to know if milk can become organic plastic.
To begin with, you have to buy:
- Whole milk
- Vinegar
- A kitchen towel.
Put in your saucing pan cow milk and heat it up. Then add 3 spoonfuls of vinegar. There will be a separation between fat material and milk. Let it cool down.
After that, filter it with your kitchen towel.
Squeeze well to get rid of the liquid. You will obtain a ball that is not compact. It is a raw material strange to touch.
In the recipe it is said that you can work with this substance like play dough. Ok, but fifteen-year-old play dough should be ok. It is also said in the recipe that after fifteen minutes the dough will become plastic.
THAT IS A LIE !!!
After one hour and all your technique, cook this thing, you will get a kind of white cookie. When I brought it in the AP, Mr Jean-Charles wanted to taste it, I advise against it !!!
Unfortunately I can’t show you a picture of the result because I forgot to take a picture. I know I’m absent-minded... Consequently, the dough stayed in the box for one week and became musty. I can’t tell you the rotten smell of cheese coming out of the box, it was an infection !!!
Don’t believe everything they say in magazines !!!
