Bolacha Maria Cake
Ingredients:

- 2 or 3 packs of biscuits called Bolacha Maria
- 250 g of butter
- 4 egg yolks
- 50g of coconut
- 1 or 2 bowls of coffee
- 200g of sugar
Recipe:
First and foremost, mix the butter with the sugar for a while.

Then, add the egg yolk and the coconut to the preparation and mix correctly.

Don’t touch the preparation for a quarter of an hour.

Take your serving plate.
Soak 6 biscuits in the coffee.

Dispose them delicately on the serving plate.

Next, spread a little of your cream on the biscuits.

Repeat the 2 operations until you don’t have any biscuits left.

Don’t forget to keep 5 biscuits for the decoration of the cake.
Cover the top and the sides with the rest of your cream. You can use a spatula to make it beautiful.

Finally, crush the 5 biscuits which you kept and dispose the powder on your cake.

Store your cake in the refrigerator until the very last moment !
