What’s nice about the kouign amann:This cake is a typical recipe from Brittany. It is mainly made of butter. It is a delicious cake that is very easy to do, even with your kids.

Ingrédients for 6 persons
- 500 grams of wheat flour
- 200 grams of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 liter of milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 packets of yeast
- 400 grams of butter
Preparation
- Make a well with the flour in a large bowl, put the sugar, eggs, salt and yeast. Mix slowly with milk. Let stand 2 hours at room temperature.
- Take a non-stick pan and if possible flat griddle style. Melt a knob of butter over high heat. Put in small ladles of pasta. Turn them once they are golden.
- Serve hot with a knob of butter and fine sugar
