Kouign amann

Ingrédients for 6 persons

  • 500 grams of wheat flour
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 liter of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 packets of yeast
  • 400 grams of butter

Preparation

  • Make a well with the flour in a large bowl, put the sugar, eggs, salt and yeast. Mix slowly with milk. Let stand 2 hours at room temperature.
  • Take a non-stick pan and if possible flat griddle style. Melt a knob of butter over high heat. Put in small ladles of pasta. Turn them once they are golden.
  • Serve hot with a knob of butter and fine sugar
