The gorgeous chocolate pears

ingredient :

-chocolats

-pears (6)

-1 dose of vanila suggar

-butter (50gr)

-fresh cream(30gr)

-suggar (100gr)

-a dose of almands

tools : 2 cookings pots, serving spoon, balance, wooden spoon, peller knife, fraying pan...

Time : 45 minutes

portion : 6 pers.

To start, boil the water in the first cooking pot, add the suggar, the vanila suggar, and the liquid vanila.

When the water boil, add the pilled pears in.

Let it boil 45 minutes.

At the same time, in a second pot, melt the choclat, and add the butter meltled with the fresh cream and scramble all the preparation.

Grill the almands in a frying pan.

Add the sirop ( that you did before) in chocolate, mixt it.

When all is ready, take the pears, cut them bottom and put them on a plate .

Pour the chocolate on the pears and pinch it with the almands.
