Donuts in the whipped cream

Times for cooking: 30 minutes 

Portion: 20 donuts

Fools: bowl ; rolling pin ; wineglass ; wok ; paintbrush                                                                                                                                                                        

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 140 cl of water
  • 500g of flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 20 g baker's fresh yeast
  • 90g sugar
  • vanilla extract

For the chocolate icing:

  • 110g of chocolate
  • 10g of butter

Preparation:

  1. Mix flour ,salt ,sugar ,butter, eggs and vanilla extract in the bowl.
  2. Add water in which we will melhed baker's yeast before.
  3. Formed your paste and let rest approximaately during 1 hour and 40 minutes.
  4. Spread the past with a rolling pin of a thickness about 6 to 9 minutes.
  5. Cut circle for the center with a wineglass.
  6. Tranp donuts in the hot oil a few minutes on two faces.
  7. Taste your donuts.

Chocolate icing:

Melt the chocolate and the butter in microwave , then glaze your donuts with a paintbrush.

Add the whipped creamon your donuts.

My opinion:

I you will advise to choose these recipe because for the gourmand it well be your ideal . It is delicious full of sugar which will make the mouth water to you;
