Pastries of cream

Choose my recipe because this is delicious. Taste only a pastrie of cream and you eat forever.

Ingredients :

1L of milk

18 oz sugar

3,5 oz wheat flour

lemon peel

2 cinnamon

2 eggs

18 oz laminated dough

10 egges yolk

Instructions :

For the stuffing :

  1. Put in a bowl the milk, the peel of lemon and the cinnamon. Boil it.

  2. Next, mix sugar and wheat flour and add to the milk (use a whisk to mix)

  3. Let cold 10 minutes and add the eggs

  4. Scramble to have a homegenous cream

For the dough :

  1. Roll the laminated dough and cut in cilynder

  2. Fill the muffin lin with this dough and after let rest to 30 minutes

  3. Preheat oven to 240° during 15 minutes approximately

-soup ladle (to pour the cream)

-a dish to serve the pastries of cream
