RECIPE OF TAGLIATELLES CARBONARA
INGREDIENT :
1 box of bacon
1 carton of frech cream
4 yellows eggs
50g of parmesan
400g of Tagliatelles
TOOLS :
frying pon
strainer
oven
wok
INSTRUCTIONS :
Boil the Tagliatelles during 2-3 minutes
Add 1,5L of water a boil
In a frying pon,bake a bacon in high heat
When the contents of the frying pan is golden add the frech cream
When the frech cream is a boiling,stop the fire and add the parmesan
Drain the Tagliatelles, arrange in 4 plates
Decorate an yellow eggs for plate
