RECIPE OF TAGLIATELLES CARBONARA

INGREDIENT :

1 box of bacon

1 carton of frech cream

4 yellows eggs

50g of parmesan

400g of Tagliatelles

TOOLS :

frying pon

strainer

oven

wok

INSTRUCTIONS :

  1. Boil the Tagliatelles during 2-3 minutes

  2. Add 1,5L of water a boil

  3. In a frying pon,bake a bacon in high heat

  4. When the contents of the frying pan is golden add the frech cream

  5. When the frech cream is a boiling,stop the fire and add the parmesan

  6. Drain the Tagliatelles, arrange in 4 plates

  7. Decorate an yellow eggs for plate
