  • rice cooker

  • bowl

Instructions :

  1. prepare 3 rice cooker cups + ½ cup of rice vinegar

  2. cup salmon with the knife

  3. put the rice in the rice cooker during 10 minutes

  4. when the rice is ready put the rice vinegar

  5. make bulets of rice and put a piece of fresh salmon on it
