INGREDIENTS TOOLS
500g of flour a pot
1 glasse of water a pan
1 backing powder
salt
frying oil
INSTRUCTIONS
In a big pot scramble the flour and backing powder.
After add the salt and water.
Scramble the dough until it's farm like a bread dough.
Let rest 4 hours.
Make a big blows with the dough and flatter with a pastry roll.
Take this on the frying oil hot well in the pan.
And take off the bokit when they are swell.
Strain it on a wips all, cut it at ¾ on their blanks.
Garnish the bokit with everything you want.
For example: cheese,ham,sauccises,ketchup,mayonnaise.
It's a little like a Caribbean kebab.
