synopsis
It's the story of a woman of thirty six years,Leah Vaughn, she has been living with her boyfriend Dave for two years. She leads a perfect life with him and has a great career but she wants to pass to the higher level ,get married and have a child, but Dave is not ready for that ,result of that they separate and Leah meets Carter, who seems be the ideal man their Relationship evolve quickly and effectively but soon after he shows a facet of his personality ,overprotective . She decides to break with him but he will not give up also easily... she dicovers at the end that he is a rapist.
positive
Firstly, this movie is very realist because it handles a subject experienced by many people ,in the movie Leah fastens very quickly to Carter who is a man attractive and beautiful, she is intimidated by Carter's physical and falls under his spell without to know him really and she discovers after who he is really but it's too late. This movie gives a life lesson: not trust appearances.
to continue ,I found the Carter's character was very well played by Michael Ealy who plays at first the ideal man and after the unstable man and dangerous. I was very impressed by michael's role because he has the habit to play kind persons roles like in the movie"think like a man "and not of nasty roles in the movie he is vrey moody . I liked the suspense very present in the movie because it gave an dramatic intensity and allows not to be bored. The decors was very beautiful with classy restaurants, beautiful houses.
I appreciate Leah Vaghner's chraracter ,she represents the modern woman ,independant ,beautiful, intelligent and she stays courageous even in the difficult moments.
NEGATIVE
Personnally I think that the scenario is commonplace, the story is foreseeable, that give a feeling of seen before. The romantic scenes are too present and I found the death of Dave( Morris Chestnut) brutal and overhasty.
CONCLUSION
I advise this movie because the actors who play well the role. The scenario is commonplace but interesting and I like the music of the trailer. It 's a film enough captiving.
