HOW TO WRITE A LETTER. When writing a letter, you have to follow a format.

 

·      When writing a personal letter:

·       Place my name and school address in the top right-hand corner

·       Put the date on the left-hand side above the greeting

·       Write an appropriate greeting

·       Write a well thought out message

·       Use language that is kind and inclusive

·       Make sure my handwriting is neat and easy to read

·       Check my spelling and grammar

·       Use a suitable “sign-off”

·       Use a postscript only if necessary
