Today we visited the ANC museum. This museum was a farm secretly used by the ANC leaders. The farm has been bought by communist party and a white family was used as a cover to hide the secret meetings to organise terrorist attacks against the apartheid. Somebody informed the police (JNPD) about what was really happening in the farm. Then the police made an operation to put the presumed terrorists in jail. When the police entered the farm, they caught much more people than they thought, and sentenced them to jail for a lifetime. They also found some evidence to sentenced Mandela to a lifetime in prison as well. Three of the ANC members managed to escape though. In the afternoon, we visited a former gold mine: they showed us how gold is extracted to form golden bars. We then ate in the park of Gold Reef City and enjoyed the rides of all kinds.
