Makes 6-8

Biscuits 190g

Butter 75g (ideally soft or melted)

Cream cheese 400g

Crème fraîche 200g

Icing sugar 75g

Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon

Strawberries to decorate

 

1. Mix the biscuits with the butter - then line the dish with the mix.

2. Mix the sugar, cream, vanilla and cream cheese - pour carefully on top of biscuit base.

3. Decorate with strawberries.
