I think it is an aquatic race for children in an Asian country.
Maybe the race take place in a lake because there are stairs in the background.
Perhaps there are two teams because there are whithe and yellow balloons.
I guess two schools are competing in this race to win something.
In this picture, we can see kids racing. We can't really tell why but it could probably be for a charity event, or just for a competition. I think this "race" might be two team against each other as we can se by the color of the balloons.
This "race" probably take place somewhere is Asia. We can guess it by how are the kids looking like.
IT is probably a competition race of Asian children. Every children have two balloons but not with the same colors, one team have a white balloons and the others have a yellow colors. They are swimming in a lakes, maybe it is for a charity event.
The pic of the month is very special, it was taken in the sea, probably in Asia.
First, there is a lot of kids swimming and that make us think that is a swimming race.
In effect we can see two different teams. How? Because each kids have a floating ballon either yellow or white that confirme our hypothesis: there is two teams, yellow vs white.
What a good swimmers! But what’s the goal? We thought it was a race just for fun but maybe it had a real goal: to raise money for charities!
We hope so!

I think it's a race, perhaps the goal is to rise money for charity or to develop the spirit of competition and team.
I guess it's an important event in the life of these young students.

I think that the pic of the month has been took during a swimming race in Asia. It seems to have two teams the yellow and the whit team and I guess that the goal of this race is to pass from a side to the other of the river.
This picture talk about a swimming competition in an Asian country, the competition is a race that has two team of children, the yellow against the white.
The main goal of this race is to swim to a point with two big plastic balls that float. We can see some lifeguard in the water and this competiton is probably organized between several schools.
I think it's about school swimming competition or charity event for youngs children. It seems that they are about ten years old and they live in an Asian country. All swimmers have two balloons (two white or two yellow). It is perhaps to see them in the water or to represent the association's colors

We can see a lots of Asians kids swimming in a rainy day. Maybe they are swimming in a lake because we can see the shore and notice that there are steps. We can notice that each child has two balloons, either white or yellow. Beside them we can see a man who guides and motivates the children, we can guess this by the expression of his face, he is probably a coach or a school teacher. By their arrangement the kids can be in a competition, school activity or manifestation.The presence of the two types of balloons makes us think that there are two teams: one white and one yellow. Maybe this competition is organized by an association for a charity act or can be a tradition.

The pic of the month was take in an Asian country, maybe Philippine. I think it shows us a race for a charity perhaps. Moreover, we can see that the children who are swimming have different baloons color (white and yellow) which can represent two teams. Finally the pic may be taken for a news paper to write about the charity race.
