Each one of the story was quite pleasant to read. However, we found the fourth one more interesting because it included a great horse story. We found the metaphora of this animal in an apocalyptic world amazingly surprising. Indeed, it fits with the confused atmosphere that we are supposed to feel in a very confused time such as Apocalypse. Obviously, the horse brings back his humanity to the man that is lost and hopeless. Their friendship becomes then what holds the man on to life.Hence, this story has reached our heart as the horse reached the man's heart.

The third story is really realistic because there are a lot of details. Indeed the plot is constructed with an ambivalent mood : It's on the one side, a horror story linked to apocalyspe and on the other side, a funny story which surprised us. The story is written very well, it makes us imagine easily the situation, which is attractive to read.

The second story is very interesting because the narrator looks detached from his body and that is a very good way to tell a story about apocalypse.

The first and the fourth are not very original according to us. The third story is very interesting, and the language is very good. It seems to us that this is our favorite story, with its dark and strange atmosphere.

The third story is really funny and realistic like the names and the environment. The theme of the Apocalypse is well explained with a little bit of humor and that' s what we liked about this story. Moreover, the fact that there is a hero reminds the theme of apocalypse, with the lonely survivor and it makes the story more fictional even if it's realistic.

All the stories were really good but I liked the third the most because I found it really funny and original because of the talking horse.
