I don’t watch TV series because I prefer watching movies.

I choose to watch movies because they are shorter than series. When you watch a series, you stay a long time behind your computer every night because you can’t accept that you can’t know the rest of the story.

The movie is shorter and you finish it more quickly.

 

But I am going to tell you which movie is my favorite.

The movie is « The Martian ».

The movie deals with a squad on Mars which leaves the planet due to a storm. But the squad takes off without a partner: he is lost.

So, he is alone on Mars with an aerial stuck in his stomach.

He shows a big intellect to survive. And after several weeks and malfunctions, the team finds their partner because he succeeds in sending a distress message.

Sword Art Online (SAO)

I am going to present an Manga, it is a cartoon with fight, romance, reflection. This series is incredible because that story is so good and it has many seasons. This cartoon is Sword Art Online (SAO)

On the one hand this series begins on the real earth, the hero’s name is Kazuto Kirigaya. At that moment, a famous game has been create, this game is Sword Art Online. He plays the game with a helmet for VR (Virtual reality). In the first episode, the setting is not in the game because the game master has blocked the players in the game and if you die in the game you die in the real life. To disconnect they have to finish the 100 level on this game. That is a begining of this series.

On theone hand I am going to tell the positive point on this cartoon, first of all SAO is an story taking place nowadays so the resemblance with  reality is present it is a good point because even if we don’t know the universe of the manga you can know certain things .

If you like video games, this series is for you, yes for you because this cartoon is on a game more precisely on virtual reality, if you play a lot of games ,you  must know MMORPG, MMO is translated by “massively multiplayer online” and RPG is translated by “Role Playing Game” Sword Art Online is an MMORPG. And in the games the world is big and beautiful, there are a lot of pet and wild animals you can tame some of them, the game has a lot of posibilities for the skilland for the weapons you can use a sword or spear, armor or not is your choice.

This cartoon is for me the first you should watch to begin watching Mangas, SAO is a significant story, the people are well described and the feeling is just so great and pleasant for the characters, the romance is beautiful in this cartoon because Reki Kawahara the creator had to create a universe in which relationships have a sense and the only one question is: how to get out of this game?

The haunting of Hill House

I love to chill with hot chocolate and plaid on me. I’m not a fan of known series like Strangers Things, Riverdale, or Game of Thrones. I prefer underrated series like Quicksand, Baby, The sinner or the haunting of hill house. The haunting of hill house is one of my favorite show. So I’ll talk about this series. It’s an horror series but for me it’s more psychological than horror. In the 1980’s, the Crain family moved into a big house called « Hill house ». Very quickly, strange events occur affecting children in particular. One day something happened and the father flees home with his five children. So it’s the story 20 years after. But one day a new tragedy sends him back to Hill house, where the entire family has to face the past and the darkness of what they experienced within the walls of the sinister house.

 

Why is this series very good and why do you have to watch it?

 

 

This series is based on the different points of view of the characters. Each episode is on one of the characters of this cursed family. His childhood, how this character lived it. There are going on between the past and the present which allows us to see his point of view.

 

Even though this series may be slow, we are immersed in this series. We have clues throughout the episodes. It allows us to connect all the clues and understand. It’s not just a pleasure to look, you also have to think in order to understand everything. We learn the experiences of the Crain family through these comings and goings and how they lived it. Despite everything, the characters are pretty simple. And this show is scary, it’s scary. The atmosphere is dark which leaves us on our guard throughout. Moreover, there are not many jumpscares.

 

Throughout the series we have to pay attention to the clues as well as the apparrition. There are clues everywhere.
