Chocolate fondants recipe
CHOCOLATE FONDANTS

• measuring spons
• cooking pot
• small ramekins
• a bowl
Ingredients :• 250 grams of dark chocolate
• 4 eggs
•150 grams of powdered sugar
• 7/8 cup of flour
• flour and butter for the ramekins
• 100 grams of butter
Instructions : • Preheat the oven at 356 °
• Mealt together the butter and chocolates in a bain movie.
• Let rest .
• Mix the whole eggs and sugar with the electric whisk until frothy .
• Mix the melted chocolate with the preparation. Stir the flour slowly .
• Pour the batter into small remarkins buttered and floured .
• Put in the oven 8 to 10 minutes
• Carefully unnmold and serve
