Ingredient :
- 8 prawn
- 16 shrimps
- 16 molds
- 500g/1.102 pounds monkfish
- 1 oinion
- 5 garlic
- 1 green peper
- 650g/1.433 pounds tomatoes
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 litres/0.628 gallons water
- Selt/ black pepper
- 1 tablespoon curcuna (sprice)
- 800g big vermicielli
- parsley

preparation(sauce)
In the wok, you pour two table spoon of oil olive. You bake the oinion with the garmic and the green peper.
When the oinion is transparent you add the tomatos. When the tomatos to change of color you add the parsley.

In the paella dish you pour two tablespoon of the olive oil and you fry the prawn and the shrimps after you fry the montkfich. You add the vermicielli. You scranble during 5 minutes.
You pour a very hot water in the paella dish. You dispose the molds for the decoration. You leave boil during 12 minutes. You dispose the prawn and the shrimps in the pella dish. You bake 5 minutes.
At the end you pour the sauce and you can eat.
